P\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b inkoustu poprv\u00e9 vyu\u017eili metodu atom\u00e1rn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed a d\u00edky nav\u00e1zan\u00fdm atom\u016fm m\u011bdi jsou schopni detekovat velmi citliv\u011b dopamin \u2013 neurotransmiter, kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159enos sign\u00e1l\u016f mezi nervov\u00fdmi bu\u0148kami. P\u0159\u00edstup p\u0159edstaven\u00fd v \u010dasopise Advanced Science m\u00e1 velk\u00e9 \u0161ance uplatnit se v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 diagnostice.&#8220; font_size=&#8220;2vw&#8220; font_size_phone=&#8220;5vw&#8220; font_line_height=&#8220;1.3&#8243;][\/split_line_heading][divider line_type=&#8220;No Line&#8220; custom_height=&#8220;25&#8243;][vc_column_text]Atom\u00e1rn\u00ed in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed (single-atom engineering) umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0159\u00eddit chemickou reaktivitu materi\u00e1l\u016f na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch atom\u016f. Jeho \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmu uplatn\u011bn\u00ed v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 diagnostice v\u0161ak dosud br\u00e1nil nedostatek atom\u00e1rn\u011b upraven\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f i absence na nich zalo\u017een\u00fdch tisknuteln\u00fdch inkoust\u016f. Nyn\u00ed se v\u011bdc\u016fm poda\u0159ilo vyvinout novou t\u0159\u00eddu atom\u00e1rn\u011b dopovan\u00fdch grafenov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f a tak\u00e9 inkoust pro p\u0159\u00edpravu citliv\u00fdch ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch senzor\u016f. S\u00e1zka na m\u011b\u010f se vyplatila p\u0159i detekci dopaminu, jeho\u017e sledov\u00e1n\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro biomedic\u00ednsk\u00fd v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj pokro\u010dil\u00fdch diagnostick\u00fdch technologi\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b Alzheimerovy choroby.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVyvinut\u00fd NGA-Cu inkoust umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00fdrobu pln\u011b inkoustov\u011b ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch pap\u00edrov\u00fdch elektrod s velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady. Samotn\u00fd senzor vy\u017eaduje pouze 1,3 mikrogramu aktivn\u00edho inkoustu, stoj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b jednu korunu a d\u00e1val stabiln\u00ed odezvu minim\u00e1ln\u011b po dobu t\u0159\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. Inkoust je nav\u00edc pln\u011b kompatibiln\u00ed s b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00fdmi inkoustov\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lov\u00fdmi tisk\u00e1rnami. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed velk\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro p\u0159\u00edpravu cenov\u011b dostupn\u00fdch, digit\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00fdch senzor\u016f, jejich\u017e funkci lze p\u0159izp\u016fsobovat atom po atomu,\u201c uvedl koresponduj\u00edc\u00ed autor <a href=\"https:\/\/advanced.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/advs.76796\">\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/a> Michal Otyepka.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem pro novou generaci atom\u00e1rn\u00edch inkoust\u016f byla dus\u00edkem dopovan\u00e1 grafenov\u00e1 kyselina (NGA), kterou v\u011bdci z CATRIN vyvinuli p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika lety. Nyn\u00ed ji postupn\u011b obohacovali r\u016fzn\u00fdmi jednotliv\u00fdmi atomy kov\u016f v\u010detn\u011b m\u011bdi, \u017eeleza nebo manganu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eUk\u00e1zalo se, \u017ee elektrochemick\u00e1 odezva z\u00e1sadn\u011b z\u00e1vis\u00ed na typu pou\u017eit\u00e9ho atomu. Zat\u00edmco atomy m\u011bdi v\u00fdrazn\u011b zesiluj\u00ed sign\u00e1l dopaminu, ostatn\u00ed kovy jej naopak potla\u010duj\u00ed. Rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed tedy nen\u00ed jen samotn\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edtomnost izolovan\u00fdch atom\u016f kovu, ale tak\u00e9 to, o jak\u00fd konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kov se jedn\u00e1. To je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd poznatek pro dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj biosenzor\u016f,\u201c objasnil prvn\u00ed autor Martin-Alex Nalepa.<\/p>\n<p>Publikovan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed novou t\u0159\u00eddu senzorick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f s velk\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem v l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 diagnostice. V\u011bdci nab\u00edz\u00ed obecn\u011b vyu\u017eitelnou platformu pro v\u00fdvoj grafenov\u00fdch inkoust\u016f s jednotliv\u00fdmi atomy kov\u016f a otev\u00edraj\u00ed cestu ke \u0161k\u00e1lovateln\u00e9, reprodukovateln\u00e9 a materi\u00e1lov\u011b \u00fasporn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b pokro\u010dil\u00fdch elektrochemick\u00fdch senzor\u016f. \u201eJsme na za\u010d\u00e1tku a fascinuj\u00ed n\u00e1s nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi otev\u00edraj\u00ed. Vid\u00edme, \u017ee zm\u011bnou typu atom\u016f m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00eddit citlivost a selektivitu senzoru. Krom\u011b dopaminu tak um\u00edme velmi p\u0159esn\u011b stanovit nap\u0159\u00edklad imunoglobuliny \u2013 protil\u00e1tky, jejich\u017e mno\u017estv\u00ed a typ mohou b\u00fdt d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm ukazatelem autoimunitn\u00edch nebo infek\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,\u201c zd\u016fraznil dal\u0161\u00ed z autor\u016f \u010dl\u00e1nku Radek Zbo\u0159il.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrochemick\u00e9 biosenzory mohou nal\u00e9zt uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nejen v medic\u00edn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159i kontrole kvality potravin, monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed pitn\u00e9 vody nebo sledov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jejich kl\u00ed\u010dovou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou funkcionalizovan\u00e9 elektrody, pro jejich\u017e v\u00fdrobu se uk\u00e1zaly jako velmi vhodn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pr\u00e1v\u011b na b\u00e1zi grafenu.
