Univerzita Palack\u00e9ho (UP) s n\u00edm usp\u011bla v presti\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdzv\u011b \u0160pi\u010dkov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Jan Amos Komensk\u00fd, partnery jsou Univerzita Karlova a CEITEC-VUT. P\u011btilet\u00fd v\u00fdzkum z\u00edskal podporu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl miliardy korun.&#8220; font_size=&#8220;2vw&#8220; font_size_phone=&#8220;5vw&#8220; font_line_height=&#8220;1.3&#8243;][\/split_line_heading][divider line_type=&#8220;No Line&#8220; custom_height=&#8220;25&#8243;][vc_column_text]\n<h3><!--more--><\/h3>\n<p>\u201eNa\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je vyvinout nanomateri\u00e1ly a technologie, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u011bj\u00ed k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed dvou sou\u010dasn\u00fdch spole\u010densk\u00fdch v\u00fdzev, tedy z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00e9 energie a zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u017eivota. Vedle odborn\u00edk\u016f na materi\u00e1lov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum jsou v projektu zapojeni i z\u00e1stupci spole\u010densk\u00fdch v\u011bd, kte\u0159\u00ed posoud\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed ve spole\u010dnosti. Sou\u010dasn\u011b navrhnou i strategie pro boj s tzv. fake news, kter\u00e9 by vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed mohly negativn\u011b ovlivnit,\u201c objasnil hlavn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161itel projektu Michal Otyepka z \u010cesk\u00e9ho institutu v\u00fdzkumu a pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technologi\u00ed \u2013 CATRIN UP, jen\u017e m\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9m t\u00fdmu i z\u00e1stupce p\u011bti fakult UP.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci se rozhodli vyu\u017e\u00edt obrovsk\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu metody atom\u00e1rn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0159\u00eddit vlastnosti l\u00e1tek a\u017e na \u00farovni atom\u016f. V\u011bdci jsou schopni vn\u00e9st jednotliv\u00e9 atomy kov\u016f do struktury r\u016fzn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it jejich vlastnosti nebo dokonce objevit zcela nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti uplatn\u011bn\u00ed. \u201eUkazuje se, \u017ee nanotechnologie za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159ekon\u00e1ny a ustupuj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b atom\u00e1rn\u00edmu in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad katalyz\u00e1tory p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 touto cestou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed a\u017e o \u0159\u00e1dy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdt\u011b\u017enost reakc\u00ed a sou\u010dasn\u011b nahrazuj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu drah\u00fdch \u010di nedostupn\u00fdch surovin, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad zlato \u010di platina. V energetice zase um\u00edme mnohon\u00e1sobn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it \u00fa\u010dinnost z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zelen\u00e9ho vod\u00edku pomoc\u00ed sol\u00e1rn\u00edho rozkladu vody nebo amoniaku. Tak\u00e9 ji\u017e v\u00edme, \u017ee materi\u00e1ly vyvinut\u00e9 na b\u00e1zi atom\u00e1rn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zab\u00edjet bakterie mnohem \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bji ne\u017e mnoh\u00e1 antibiotika, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e bakterie si na tyto materi\u00e1ly neum\u00ed vyv\u00edjet rezistenci. Ekonomick\u00e9, ekologick\u00e9 i zdravotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy jsou tud\u00ed\u017e obrovsk\u00e9,\u201c uvedl pr\u016fkopn\u00edk t\u00e9to metody Radek Zbo\u0159il z CATRIN, jeho\u017e t\u00fdm se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na na jej\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed v energetice.<\/p>\n<h3>Nov\u00e9 typy katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f i nanoroboti pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed v medic\u00edn\u011b<\/h3>\n<p>Podle dal\u0161\u00edho z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f t\u00fdmu Ji\u0159\u00edho \u010cejky z P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdeck\u00e9 fakulty UK je katal\u00fdza z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro udr\u017eitelnost nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ropy, zemn\u00edho plynu nebo biomasy, v\u00fdrob\u011b paliv, polymer\u016f, l\u00e9\u010div nebo p\u0159i ochran\u011b \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. \u201eV r\u00e1mci projektu TECHSCALE je na\u0161\u00edm hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem p\u0159\u00edprava nov\u00fdch typ\u016f katalyz\u00e1tor\u016f na b\u00e1zi jednotliv\u00fdch atom\u016f kov\u016f, kter\u00e9 um\u00edst\u00edme na r\u016fzn\u00fdch nosi\u010d\u00edch, jako je t\u0159eba grafen nebo zeolity. Tyto katalyz\u00e1tory budeme zkoumat v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch reakc\u00edch, abychom dos\u00e1hli zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivity procesu, hlub\u0161\u00edho pochopen\u00ed funkce katalyz\u00e1toru a porozum\u011bn\u00ed mechanismu reakce,\u201c \u0159ekl \u010cejka.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci cht\u011bj\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159isp\u011bt k v\u010dasn\u00e9mu odhalen\u00ed a l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nemoc\u00ed. \u201eBudeme vyv\u00edjet, atom za atomem, unik\u00e1tn\u00ed nanoroboty na b\u00e1zi nanoarchitektury, kter\u00e9 budou m\u00edt specifick\u00fd design a budou schopn\u00e9 detekovat velice n\u00edzk\u00e9 koncentrace biomarker\u016f, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it diagnostiku \u0159ady nemoc\u00ed. Tito nanoroboti se budou nav\u00edc autonomn\u011b pohybovat v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble a likvidovat z\u00e1rodky chorob,\u201c up\u0159esnil aplikace v medic\u00edn\u011b Martin Pumera z CEITEC-VUT.<\/p>\n<p>Jednotic\u00ed linkou multioborov\u00e9ho projektu je posouv\u00e1n\u00ed hranic nanosv\u011bta a dosa\u017een\u00ed p\u0159esnosti p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed a\u017e na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch atom\u016f, ale i snaha o rychl\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 zaveden\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f do praxe. \u201eU\u017e b\u011bhem n\u00e1vrhu materi\u00e1l\u016f budeme br\u00e1t v \u00favahu jejich bezpe\u010dnost a mo\u017en\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 dopady. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bjeme k boji s antibiotickou rezistenc\u00ed, p\u0159iprav\u00edme vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 senzory a vyvineme nov\u00e9 udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 technologie. Postupy atom\u00e1rn\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed p\u0159inesou ekologick\u00e9 benefity i ekonomick\u00e9 \u00faspory v \u0159ad\u011b pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b podpo\u0159\u00edme p\u0159ijet\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed odbornou i laickou ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed,\u201c uzav\u0159el Otyepka.<\/p>\n<h3>Univerzity reaguj\u00ed na spole\u010densk\u00e9 zm\u011bny<\/h3>\n<p>\u00dasp\u011bchu v presti\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdzv\u011b si cen\u00ed veden\u00ed Univerzity Palack\u00e9ho. \u201eSkute\u010dnost, \u017ee v n\u00ed na\u0161i v\u011bdci usp\u011bli, je dokladem excelence v\u00fdzkumu, jemu\u017e se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b v\u011bnuj\u00ed. My v\u0161ichni jsme sv\u011bdky obrovsk\u00e9ho pokroku v mnoha odv\u011btv\u00edch lidsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, p\u0159esto je posun od nanotechnologi\u00ed k atom\u00e1rn\u00edmu in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed pro v\u011bt\u0161inu z n\u00e1s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm z oblasti sci-fi. Ov\u0161em kdo jin\u00fd, ne\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b univerzitn\u00ed pracovi\u0161t\u011b, by m\u011bl hledat nov\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, s nimi\u017e se lidstvo pot\u00fdk\u00e1. T\u011b\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1s nejen spolupr\u00e1ce s na\u0161imi partnersk\u00fdmi v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi pracovi\u0161ti v Praze a Brn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 fakt, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 u multioborov\u00fd t\u00fdm, kdy se na v\u00fdzkumu pod\u00edlej\u00ed na\u0161i odborn\u00edci nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d fakultami Univerzity Palack\u00e9ho,\u201c uvedl prorektor pro internacionalizaci Ji\u0159\u00ed Stavov\u010d\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rozpo\u010dtu v\u00fdzvy \u0160pi\u010dkov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum na 12,2 miliardy korun z\u00edskalo podporu celkem 26 projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed pos\u00edlit pozici \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky v evropsk\u00e9m v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m prostoru a zv\u00fd\u0161it konkurenceschopnost tuzemsk\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch t\u00fdm\u016f s evropskou i sv\u011btovou \u0161pi\u010dkou. TECHSCALE z\u00edskal druh\u00e9 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ohodnocen\u00ed ze v\u0161ech.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVysok\u00e9 \u0161koly a jejich v\u011bdeck\u00e9 z\u00e1kladny mus\u00ed pru\u017en\u011b reagovat na neust\u00e1l\u00e9 zm\u011bny, s nimi\u017e se sv\u011bt a na\u0161e spole\u010dnost pot\u00fdk\u00e1. Je skv\u011bl\u00e9, \u017ee projekty OP JAK odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed prioritn\u00ed t\u00e9mata digitalizace, robotizace nebo klimatick\u00fdch \u010di spole\u010densk\u00fdch zm\u011bn. Prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 jsou pro v\u00fdzkum ur\u010deny, tak p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed praktick\u00e1 v\u00fdchodiska nejen pro jednotlivce, ale i pro celou spole\u010dnost. Vedle t\u011bchto benefit\u016f je ale t\u0159eba zd\u016fraznit tak\u00e9 zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed konkurenceschopnosti, kterou na\u0161i v\u011bdci sv\u00fdm b\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed nejen ve sv\u00e9m oboru, ale sv\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky ji pak p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed cel\u00e9 \u010cesk\u00e9 republice,\u201c uvedla rektorka Univerzity Karlovy profesorka Milena Kr\u00e1l\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdvoj nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f je jedna z oblast\u00ed, kterou se dlouhodob\u011b zab\u00fdv\u00e1 i CEITEC-VUT. \u201eJsem proto hrd\u00fd, \u017ee se Martin Pumera a jeho t\u00fdm p\u0159ipojili k projektu TECHSCALE, kter\u00fd se zam\u011b\u0159uje nejen na v\u011bdeck\u00fd aspekt t\u00e9to oblasti, ale tak\u00e9 na aspekt spole\u010densk\u00fd. V\u011bda dnes toti\u017e nen\u00ed jen o pr\u00e1ci v laborato\u0159i, ale tak\u00e9 o komunikaci v\u00fdsledk\u016f a o diskuz\u00edch jejich celospole\u010densk\u00e9ho dopadu.
